Overview

Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, service operations, or multi-branch environment.

  • Experience managing retail outlets, service centres, or field operations is required.

  • Prior experience supervising frontline staff (Retail Assistants, Technicians, or Riders) is an advantage.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to be on the ground.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Firm but fair in managing people.

  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple branches.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements
  • Willing to travel frequently between branches within Klang Valley.

  • Possess own transport is preferred.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, internal systems).

  • Able to work flexible hours when operational issues arise.

Responsibilities
  1. 1. Branch Operations & Maintenance

    • Oversee and manage daily operations of all Klang Valley branches.

    • Ensure branches are clean, safe, compliant, and fully operational.

    • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on branch maintenance and repair works.

    • Ensure CCTV systems and critical branch equipment are operational at all times.

    • Liaise with vendors for repair or replacement of faulty equipment.

  2. 2. Staff Management (Retail Assistants & Operations Technicians)

    • Lead and manage Retail Assistants and Operations Technicians (Riders).

    • Ensure staff comply with work schedules, SOPs, and company policies.

    • Manage attendance, discipline matters, and daily operational issues.

    • Support onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement of branch staff.

    • Escalate serious disciplinary or performance issues to HQ when required.

  3. 3. Battery Stock Management

    • Oversee battery stock levels across all branches.

    • Ensure minimum stock (par level) is maintained at all times.

    • Coordinate stock movement, replenishment, and returns with warehouse and logistics teams.

    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and condition of batteries.

    • Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.

  4. 4. Customer Service & Branch Issues

    • Oversee handling of walk-in customer enquiries and complaints at branch level.

    • Ensure service and operational issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

    • Maintain a high standard of customer service across all branches.

    • Escalate unresolved or serious customer issues to Customer Service or HQ.

  5. 5. Sales Management & Branch Performance

    • Take overall responsibility for branch-level sales performance.

    • Ensure branches achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

    • Drive sales initiatives and promotional execution at branch level.

    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve branch sales results.

    • Analyse branch sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

    • Monitor market conditions, customer behaviour, and competitor activity at branch level.

  6. 6. Reporting & Coordination

    • Provide regular operational and sales updates to HQ.

    • Report recurring issues and propose corrective or improvement actions.

    • Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

    • Perform other duties assigned by Management related to operations and branch performance.
