Job description
  • Oversee and manage the daily operational activities across departments.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth workflow andproductivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Process Optimization
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and high-qualityoutput.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
