About the role

Raha Bina Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing organisation. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations, with a particular focus on our manufacturing processes and supply chain management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
• Managing and optimising the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Overseeing the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Analysing and interpreting operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company\'s strategic objectives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of operations professionals

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and supply chain management
