Job summary

A food service company in Malaysia is looking for an outlet manager to ensure smooth operations and profitability. Responsibilities include staff training, customer satisfaction, and managing the outlet to uphold standards in food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Food Service or Hospitality Management and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role requires someone independent with transport.

Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals

Carry out other tasks entrusted by the Assistant General Manager from time to time.

Manage on day to day task and ad-hoc task given by superior

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma / Certificate in Food Service Management/Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • 3-4 years experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry
  • Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Independent and able to communicate at all levels
  • Possess own transport
  • Experience in managing food court or commercial outlet will be an advantages
  • Familiar with report for costing and P&L.
