A food service company in Malaysia is looking for an outlet manager to ensure smooth operations and profitability. Responsibilities include staff training, customer satisfaction, and managing the outlet to uphold standards in food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Food Service or Hospitality Management and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role requires someone independent with transport.

Implement the standards, procedures and concepts set by the company.
Training, motivating, and discipline of the operations staff and creating a pleasant working atmosphere for the staff.
Customer satisfaction in the product and service provided.
Organize the outlet team : their tasks and schedules.
Take full responsibility for the outlet.
Manage the outlet to meet or exceed standard in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals
Carry out other tasks entrusted by the Assistant General Manager from time to time.
Manage on day to day task and ad-hoc task given by superior
