Job summary

A leading inspection and certification company in Malaysia, Sarawak is seeking an Operations Assistant to help generate reports and invoices, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in administration or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. This role involves monitoring daily progress reports, data entry, and other operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing.
  • Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients.
  • Keeping necessary statistics reports required by superior.
  • Adhere to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Tying/issuing/recording of inspection reports/certificate.
  • Data entry of client details for invoicing.
  • Preparation of invoices for approval.
