The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership role with a dual focus:

Operations Excellence

Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance across our clinics, optimising processes, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Expansion Leadership

Managing the rollout of new sites, from location scouting, lease negotiations and fit‑outs, to team onboarding and launch readiness.

You will act as the bridge between our executive team and on‑the‑ground operations, building systems that scale while keeping culture and quality at the heart of everything.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance across existing clinics, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Lead expansion projects – including site feasibility studies, lease discussions, contractor coordination, and clinic opening timelines.
• Standardise systems, processes, and SOPs across locations for efficiency and brand consistency.
• Recruit, mentor and support clinic managers and front‑line teams, building strong, empowered leaders.
• Partner with suppliers, landlords and key stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective and timely project delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on clinic performance and expansion progress.

About You

• Proven experience in multi‑site operations management, ideally within healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Commercial acumen – comfortable with budgets, negotiations, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills – able to inspire and develop teams.
• Adaptable, proactive and detail‑oriented with a passion for building something meaningful.
