Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Executive in a travel agency.
  • Strong team player with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge and improve processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong listening skills and analytical thinking.
  • Hands‑on knowledge and proficiency in Amadeus (GDS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Issue air tickets and coordinate with land operators, as well as manage direct bookings for hotels, restaurants, and attractions.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met, including deposit payments, full payments, ticket issuance, and promotional timelines.
  • Support product planners by closely monitoring trip costing (profit & loss, land arrangements, and ticketing costs).
  • Update the system and provide clear instructions to assist counter staff with sales and follow-up actions.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain strong working relationships with airlines and overseas suppliers.
  • Liaise with airlines, overseas land operators, and transportation providers to arrange group travel requirements.
  • Utilize the Amadeus airline booking system proficiently; handle all travel operations including tour and hotel reservations, ticketing, coordination, and internal staff support.
  • Provide assistance for both pre‑departure and post‑departure requirements.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Company.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Willing to work on weekends as required.
