Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Singapore team on daily operational execution.
- Order cleaning chemicals and equipment for ongoing projects.
- Arrange for replacement cleaners and transportation as needed.
- Plan and optimize work schedules for cleaning specialists.
Client & Team Support
- Collaborate with customer service, billing, and sales teams to resolve client issues.
- Support operational needs by managing service reports and scheduling ad-hoc tasks.
Staff Management
- Oversee cleaner attendance, including medical leave and absenteeism.
- Manage worker schedules to ensure efficient utilization of working hours.
Process Improvement
- Work with the operations team to improve workflows and optimize task efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure service commitments are met on time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay; Malay proficiency is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- 5.5-day work week.
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Must be contactable outside working hours to resolve urgent operational issues.
