Job summary

A logistics and operations company in Selangor seeks an Operations Executive to manage order processing, coordinate shipments, and contribute to continuous improvement.   • Assisting with implementing SOPs and monitoring inventory.
  • Handling customer follow-ups and completing ad-hoc tasks.

Location: PJ Uptown, Selangor, Malaysia

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: Up to RM5000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Order & System Management: Processing orders and maintaining data accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Coordination: Liaising with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to monitor shipments and resolve issues.
  • Process Support: Assisting with implementing SOPs, monitoring inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
  • General Assistance: Handling customer follow-ups and completing ad-hoc tasks as directed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, or customer service support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
