Duties and Responsibilities
The role of Operation Executive to provide direction, instructions and guidance to Team Leader, teamwork and engagement for the purpose of achieving every key performance index requirements. An effective leader to understand his/her team on the strengths, weaknesses and motivations. Be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare andmaintainoperational reports, trackers, schedules, and related documents.
- Ensureall data, attendance, and records are updated accurately andsubmittedon time.
- Assistin preparing weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
- Staff &ClientCoordination
- Communicate daily tasks, updates, and instructions to ground teams/promoters/field staff.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with SOPs.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensuretimelydelivery of items/services.
- Ensure operational SOPs are followed consistently across all activities.
- Conduct checks to ensure service quality, deliverables, and standards are met.
- Identifygaps, issues, or risks in operations and propose improvement solutions.
- Logistics& Resource Management
- Coordinate delivery schedules, stock movement, and inventory updates (if applicable).
- Ensure resources (manpower, materials, tools) areallocatedefficiently based on project needs.
- Support & Communication
- Support the Operation Manager in planning, execution, and process improvement.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, urgent requests, or last-minute changes from clients.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, management, and team members.
- Attend Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly Meeting.
Requirement
- Candidates mustpossessat leastDiploma/ Advance Diploma /Bachelor’s Degreeininbusinessadministration,operations management orequivalent.
- At least3years of work experience inFMCGindustry.
- Computerproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience inhandling daily operational issues.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to lead by example,maintaingood spirits and contributeteammorale.
- Results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
