What you will be doing

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of our telemedicine services. Candidates with proven relevant experience may be considered for a more senior position.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

  • Manage the locum doctor network, including onboarding, platform training, manpower rostering, quality control, and payment processing.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for locum doctors to address and resolve real‑time operational and technical issues.

  • Monitor and manage doctor‑to‑patient ratio and wait time SLAs.

  • Ad hoc operational tasks as required.
