About The Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support branch operations and help drive performance across key business areas. In this role, you’ll assist in meeting GWP targets, manage credit control, ensure compliance, and provide operational support to distribution channels and claim-related matters. Your contribution will help maintain smooth branch operations and strengthen service quality.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the branch in achieving GWP targets set by HQ.
  • Manage credit control to ensure premium collection is properly monitored and under control.
  • Comply with Group and company guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements related to CBC and AML.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of policies, receipts, and proper document filing.
  • Provide strong operational support to internal processes to deliver good service across all distribution channels.
  • Oversee and assist with claim matters in the Northern and Perak Region.
  • Plan and carry out personal development activities to support continuous growth.
