Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with promoters and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure during event periods.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Possession of a driving licence is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment, manpower, and suppliers.
  • Liaise with vendors (AV, lighting, stage, décor, printing, transport, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support project managers in preparing event timelines, checklists, and production schedules.
  • Supervise setup and dismantling of event structures and installations.
  • Troubleshoot issues on site and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Oversee manpower and crew during event setup, showtime, and teardown.
