Job summary

A prominent hotel management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks to hire a professional to support daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hotel/Tourism Management or Business Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong skills in communication, Microsoft Office, and interpersonal relations are essential. Immediate availability and preference for Malaysian citizens are required for this role.

UJ Hotels & Resorts Management Services Sdn Bhd (UJ Hotels) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Urusharta Jamaah Sdn Bhd (a company under Minister of Finance Incorporated), a domestic hotel and resort management company with over 500 employees and 5 hotels currently in operation. One of the earlier mandates of the company was the restructuring exercise of TH Hotels establishments nationwide in 2020 and rebranding it into Raia Hotel.

Job Purpose:

To support the daily operations of the company by maintaining accurate and assisting in the preparation of related documentation.

Job Requirements:
Qualification;
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel/Tourism Management / Business Management, or its equivalent.
Experience;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preference for those with hospitality industry experience.
Skills:
  • Good understanding of Hospitality Industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills, analytical and able to work independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skill, able to communicate with all level of employees.
