Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Executive to monitor the end-to-end order process from Seller Center to customer doorstep, and to provide day-to-day operational insights to keep processes running smoothly.

You will generate daily and monthly reports, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to solve problems, while coordinating with warehouses to ensure on-time fulfillment for clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Fulfillment, Supply chain or related fields.
• Good attention to details and ability to analyze data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily and monthly operational data reports and analyze quantitative data to identify and solve problems.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of retail inventory, monitor ordering issues, and other ecommerce operations tasks.
• Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics, and other insights-generating strategies.
• Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and system requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful fulfillment, orders and processes.
• Respond to troubleshoot and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues and identify root causes.
• Perform other relevant duties to support business needs.
• Ensure all aspects of ecommerce operations run smoothly.

The Role:

The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow fromreceiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need toprovide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generate daily and monthly operational related data reports, analyze quantitative data, and work with related teams to identify and solve problems.

Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail inventory management, monitor of ordering issue, and other key related to ecommerce operations.

Develop and implement data visualization/dashboard, data analytics and other strategies to generate actionable insights.

Support teams in defining business processes, developing operational roadmaps, and associated system requirements.

Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure successful execution of fulfillment, orders and processes to accommodate client needs and requests.

Respond to troubleshoot, and resolve daily receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues, piecing together the end-to-end story to identify root causes and see cases through to resolution.

Perform other relevant duties according to the business needs.
