Role Description
- Responsible for managing daily operations, analyzing operations data and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Responsible in reviewing and assessing Letter Of Award/Purchase Order/Service Order/Contract issued by client and provide necessary feedback to operation manager.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare project documentation including work schedules, quality plans, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
- Have diploma/degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- A highly effective communicator with proven presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
