Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Maintenance & Operations Executive to ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant operation of all BP Healthcare outlets and laboratories. This role involves equipment planning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement to support uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards set by relevant governing bodies.
  • Provide preventive maintenance services for all BP Healthcare outlets and laboratories.
  • Deliver general office maintenance services for all BP Healthcare outlets.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment with the shortest possible turnaround time.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards in daily operations.
  • Install and set up new equipment as required.
  • Familiarize and train users on using and maintenance of equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
  • Maintain and update equipment inventory records with accurate locations.
  • Source cost‑effective alternative parts and solutions without compromising quality.
  • Undertake other assignments as instructed by Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or operations, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to plan resources effectively and work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willing to travel to different outlets as required.
