Role Description
Bloom is looking for a results-driven Operations & E-commerce Executive to manage our digital storefronts and elevate our customer experience. You will be the heartbeat of our online operations, ensuring our presence on Shopee and Lazada is optimized and our customers receive world-class support. This is an on-site role in Petaling Jaya with hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management: Oversee daily operations for Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, stock inventory updates, and campaign participation (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
- Customer Experience: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across all e-commerce chat platforms and social media, ensuring high response rates and satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting of delivery issues.
- Data Analysis: Monitor store performance metrics and provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing Shopify, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Seller Center is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required to effectively manage customer inquiries and coordinate with specific stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
