What is your mission?
  • Set the direction and strategy for the organization.
  • Set goals and objectives for the company in line with the client’s or project’s requirements.
  • Build and manage client relationships within and outside the client’s organization.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and new prospects to solicit business and negotiate new contract terms.
  • Advise project teams on progress, problem solving, solution development, identification, and measurement of performance targets.
  • Create and communicate standardized methods and approaches to all members of the organization for efficient project management processes.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Who are we looking for?
  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams in an operations environment.
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage people, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to work in a process‑driven, high‑demand, time‑constrained environment and lead continuous improvement and business transformation projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills across all levels with internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking and time‑management skills with exceptional follow‑through discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local market language.
