Qualifications

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer support.
  • Ability to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain debtors and creditors information in the system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Assist in order processing, payment collection, and delivery.
  • Liaise with logistic companies for clearance and documentation.
  • Plan and manage timely delivery to customers.
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and sales orders.
  • Perform day-to-day procurement activities.
  • Assist in managing office operations.
