What you'll be doing on the job

• Conduct investigation to substantiate claim decision for Life and Health claims.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up with clinic/doctor/hospital to obtain details of the policyholder's medical history and records, duly completed questionnaires and etc.
• Prepare and send relevant questionnaire to acquire information/statement from claimants and medical practitioner
• Prepare and send correspondence letter to claimants.
