CDS Transactions

• CDS A/C Opening, Updating, Reactivation, Closing, eDividend registration, Balance Enquiry, CDS Shares Transfer, Update Signature & eStatement.
• Process Bursa Anywhere (BA) applications.
• Update CDS Master Maintenance.
• Error List checking and updating (AS400)
• CDS Reports printing & checking.
• Authorisation & Revocation of Authorisation for Balance Enquiry processing.
• Data entry on Account Consent Maintenance.
• Bursa Depository Monthly & Daily Submission.
• Handling Transmission of Title (Deceased) cases.

Account Services

• Data entry on account opening, updating, closing for all types of accounts includng institutional account.
• Perform AMLA risk code tagging for new or existing client as per Manual form or through online portal.
• Remediation purposes on client trading account upon request.
• IDSS, Leap Market & DF registration.
• DMS – upload the TAF, Updating form into KTREE upon reviewed by Compliance Officer.
• To arrange and filed all documents accordingly.

Note

Duties will be assigned according to the individual’s designated functional area within Securities Operations Department.
