Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia seeks candidates for a position that involves managing customer interactions, handling orders accurately, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM and experience in logistics. Successful applicants must also be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role requires working in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam or Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

  • Working experience in logistics or warehouse.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Managing hub and dealing with customers regarding products.
  • Entering orders into the system and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the workstation and compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Managing stock, including inventory checking.
  • Willingness to work in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities
  • Managing hub and dealing with customers in regards to installation, exchange of product, return or refund / damaged products
  • Key in order into the system and ensure all orders received are tally with the system and order number
  • To ensure cleanliness of the work station, compliance to HSE regulations.
  • Manage stock - inventory, checking stocks, key in stocks into the system
  • Must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya
Requirement
  • Minimum SPM with working experience in logistic / warehouse.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be able to work in Bukit Raja
