Our professional consulting and support team has extensive background in business analytics and ERP systems across different industries.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant to oversee our office operations and contribute to our dynamic team.

This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations and administration
  • Prepare and manage quotes and invoices
  • Manage contracts and renewals
  • Supporting client onboarding and manage purchasing orders
  • Maintain clear and well-structured internal documentation such as procedures, policies, work instructions
  • Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist with project management, track key project information such as project budget, expenditure and financial reports for reporting
  • Monitoring and maintaining systems and databases with accuracy, keeping information up-to-date and easy to access
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong document formatting skills
  • Experience with invoicing, quoting, and contract management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g. Xero) is desirable.
  • Comfortable managing varied operational in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a positive office culture.
