The Operations Analyst supports EV charging operations across Southeast Asia by handling technical analysis of charger issues. The role also manages key operational tasks such as operationalising new charging locations and corporate/fleet account whitelisting. This position works closely with regional technical teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient charger performance.

The company is currently the largest EV charging operator in Singapore and a key player across Southeast Asia, with operations in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia.

Responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting
  • Perform Level 2 analysis for EV charger issues, diagnosing faults and identifying root causes.
  • Test, verify and upgrade charger firmware to support performance and reliability improvements.
  • Read, interpret and analyse charger logs to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex charger issues.
  • Monitor charger performance, downtime and operational KPIs.
  • Share findings, insights and recommendations with internal teams to drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Operational Support
  • Support the operationalisation of new charging locations.
  • Handle corporate and fleet account whitelisting to ensure seamless access for clients.
  • Maintain and update operational data in systems such as Sitetracker and other internal platforms.
  • Prepare operational reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in technical operations, troubleshooting or support roles. More experienced candidate will be considered for Senior role.
  • Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
  • Experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with regional teams.
