A global technology company located in Penang is seeking a skilled Professional to lead the Operation Training function for Production Operators. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience in electronics or EMS. Job description

Responsibilities

• In-charge of Operation Training function, responsible for Production Operators’ training, certification and recertification.


• Administration of OTS (Online Training System).


• Company event photo and video.


• Coordinate technical training with SMEs.


• Production CCTV camera set up for production.


• Product flow control with CIM.


• Internal De-labeling logistic and reject criteria.


• Weekly Stability Index data input for UPH, WIP, on-hold WIP%, sputter starts qty and WIP DOS.


• Production headcount algo simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or any related fields.


• Minimum 5- 10 years’ experience in EMS or electronics and related field.


• Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives.


• Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.

PREFERRED:

• Experienced on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6 Sigma (green belt), FMEA & PMPis preferred.


• Good analytical skills, positive personality and takes initiative.


• Proactive in teamwork and independent work.


• Having audit experience is an added advantage.
