Job description

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and implement Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement programs across all division production areas.

Promote and sustain a Lean Manufacturing culture through Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other Lean tools.

Identify process gaps and drive measurable improvements in yield, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to streamline processes and eliminate waste.

Monitor operational cost and efficiency, minimize budget variance, and present improvement plans to management.

Monitor key operational KPIs and provide regular performance updates.

Conduct training and coaching to enhance employees’ problem‑solving and Lean capabilities.

Support digital transformation and automation projects that contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within EMS or electronics industry.

Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Proven track record in leading improvement projects with tangible results.

Result‑oriented mindset with ability to deliver measurable operational improvements.
