Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client outlet operations to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational goals
• Conduct engaging 1-on-1 training sessions to educate clients on SOP management
• Monitor outlet performance to ensure SOP compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of client outlet operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess SOP effectiveness and overall outlet performance
• Facilitate communication between client outlet teams and management to share best practices, feedback, and operational improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in outlet management or operations, preferably across multiple industries
• Experience in training and development within retail or service industries
• Strong knowledge of SOP development and implementation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in documentation management and training development
