Job Description

• Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) training, TWI Job Breakdown Sheet training and BPS training for production operator.
• Certify operator based on Workplace Appraisal, issue Certification Card and update Operator Training Record
• Review operator competency and update Skill Matrix.
• Conduct yearly recertification for production operator and update Certification Card, Training Record.
• Prepare and update training module and maintain it up to date.
• Ensure training facility is maintained in good condition.
• Arrange and support TWI training for production operator.
• Support skill development program for technician and line leaders with proper tracking records.
• Improve operation training efficiency by creating systems or processes.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science Team or any related field
• Minimum 5years in manufacturingenvironment, technical trainer or equivalent
• Good in training skill and presentation skill
• Identify opportunity to improve training delivery.
• A confident communicator, capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences
