What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and liaise with the external service providers (such as contractors, security firm, foreign worker agency, etc) during the initial setup.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including facility maintenance, utilities, security, cleaning and office supplies.
• Supervise the external service providers to ensure all works are carried out properly and effectively.
• Manage the term contractors (such as security, cleaning, foreign worker agency, etc) and handle contract renewal.
>Assist with general administrative tasks including occasional transport support when needed.
• Any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the director.

Requirements

• Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
• Self‑motivated, excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
• MUST be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
