A creative studio in Kuala Lumpur is seeking individuals for customer service and event support roles. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, assisting in retail sales, and supporting event setups. Candidates should possess good communication skills, be team players, and have a passion for anime. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for hands-on experience in exhibitions and retail operations.
Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
Conduct daily stock replenishment and arrangement of stocks
Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner, carry out the daily work of live operations
Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products
Attend and manage retail sales, support daily opening & closing procedures
Store security & loss prevention, conduct regular store checks to ensure safety and tidiness
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required, assist in setting up special events, pop-up zones, or promotional spaces
Maintain product presentation standards and Support seasonal or campaign-based rearrangements
Support special events, launches, or promotional activities
Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces or pop-up stores
Support ticketing, queue management, or entry checkpoints
Provide feedback on customer concerns or operational issues
Assist in simple reporting (daily sales summary, stock reports), support basic operational paperwork
Help prepare stock transfer forms, damage forms, or return-to-supplieritems
Passionate about anime, events, or retail operations
Responsible, positive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Able to work on weekends/public holidays during event periods
A team player with good communication skills
Gain hands-on experience in IP/Anime exhibitions & retail events
Learn from an experienced operations team
Build real skills in events, retail, merchandising & coordination
