We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer (Cargo/Haulage) to support and coordinate daily transport operations. As an Operations Officer (Cargo/Haulage), you will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily transport activities while working closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process orders received from the Business Development Department.
• Cross-check customer details, cargo requirements, lorry type, and delivery deadlines.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport operations.
• Monitor driver movements to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
• Brief and follow up with drivers to meet customer requirements and service standards.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and proper handling of transport documents.
• Assist with driver claims and reimbursement processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily movement and operational reports.
• Liaise with Admin/HR on driver and lorry status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Superior.
