Key Responsibility

• Oversee daily operation.
• Lead and manage operation teams including recruitment, rostering, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Implement, maintain, and improve upon SOPs for Operation Team.
• Ensure the ambulances are fit for service & team are ready at all time.
• Work closely with Account & Finance Team to keep operation budget in check.
• Identify, propose, and implement service enhancement that can be beneficial to the Company.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing operations team.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Management or Related Field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Managerial / Supervisory Work.
• Have valid Class D Driver’s License. [GDL is an advantage.]
• Have know-how to use Computer and Office Related Software.
• Ex or Retired Military are encouraged to apply.
