• Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including SOPs, inventory management, sales forecasting to maximize the company's profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales while ensuring cost control and alignment with financial objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and motivate the team to achieve company goals and targets.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the retail industry, with a strong background in sales and operations management.
• Sales-oriented and proactive, with the knowledge of retail and competitor strategies.
• Must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor (nearby Setia Alam).
