The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in F&B operations, strong management skills, and proficiency in Mandarin. Seeking a highly responsible Operation Manager who want to run the business like their own, take ownership of performance, and lead outlet teams towards tangible growth.

Strategic & Expansion Planning
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth targets and outlet expansion plans
Support new outlet openings — from planning and recruitment to full operational setup
Identify new locations, business opportunities, and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with HQ and partners to maintain brand consistency and smooth rollout
Operational Excellence
Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure service, food quality, and hygiene standards
Supervise outlet managers and teams to maintain operational discipline and teamwork
Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and key performance metrics
Ensure clear communication and alignment between HQ and outlets
Manage outlet P&L, optimize costs, and track profitability across branches
Monitor food and labour costs, minimize wastage, and improve cost efficiency
Prepare performance reports and action plans for management review
Leadership & People Development
Lead, train, and mentor outlet and kitchen management teams
Conduct performance reviews and identify growth paths for team members
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
Quality, Compliance & Audit
Ensure outlets meet all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
Maintain required licenses, documentation, and audit readiness
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance consistency and quality
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/ Hotel Management, F&B Management, Culinary Art/ Food Service Management, Business Administration/ Management, or related fields
Minimum 5 years in F&B operations (multi‑outlet or chain preferred), Business Management and People Management
Strong background in operational planning, cost control, P&L, and team management
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Possess own transport and able to travel between outlets whenever necessary
Hands‑on, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
