Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Plan & Coordinate Deliveries to Project Sites: Oversee strategic planning and coordination of delivery schedules, logistics, and on‑site staff deployment to ensure seamless supply of bathroom fixtures across multiple project locations.
  • Lead the Logistics & Operations Team: Manage and support the logistics and operations personnel to ensure smooth day‑to‑day performance and effective workflow.
  • Resolve Operational Issues & Improve Processes: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational challenges, implementing solutions to enhance productivity, service delivery, and after‑sales support.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and strengthen overall operational integration.
  • Monitor KPIs & Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse key performance indicators to guide decisions, optimise processes, and drive ongoing operational enhancements; ensure product certifications and relevant authority documents are renewed and up to date.
  • Ensure Compliance & Documentation Accuracy: Oversee timely renewal of product certifications and ensure all relevant authority documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Motivate, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Oversee Warehouse & Goods Movement: Monitor inventory processes, warehouse activities, and goods movement to optimise transportation efficiency and reduce warehousing costs.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior operations management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to tackle both operational and technical challenges.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proven track record in process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
