Responsibilities

• Study, analyze and investigate for process problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate on material receiving, storage, issuing & delivery.
• Ensure worker adherence to work procedures and up-to-date methods.
• Ensure machinery is in good condition and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Drive KPI and production performance.
• Report progress and support improvement actions.
• Maintain optimum operation costs.
• Share knowledge and skills with staff.
• Provide training to improve worker skills and competency.
• Identify potential capacity issues and resource bottlenecks.
• Control manpower and ensure sufficient resources.
• Promote a good working environment and good 5S practices.
• Promote safe working methods and use of PPE.
• Support company certifications like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Coordinate with all departments for compliance with company management systems.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Study, analyze and investigate for process problem and opportunity for improvement.
• 2. Supervise and ensure smooth operation.
• 3. Coordinate on material receiving, storage, issuing & delivery, sufficient stock for operation and stock accuracy for material, semi product and finished goods.
• 4. Ensure worker adhere to work procedure and work method is up to date.
• 5. Ensure machine in good condition and always work with maintenance team on preventive maintenance & continue improvement.
• 6. KPI or production performance driven.
• 7. Report the progress and achievement status of KPI periodically and support with improvement actions.
• 8. Cost awareness and always maintain at optimum operation cost.
• 9. Transfer or share knowledge and skill with direct indirect operations staff.
• 10. Provide sufficient training to improve worker skill & competency.
• 11. Identify bottlenecks like potential capacity issue, resources & etc.
• 12. Control of man power, ensure sufficient resource to support production activity.
• 13. Provide a good working environment & always promote good 5S practice.
• 14. Promote safe working method, enforce use of proper PPE, educate safe chemical handling inculcate safety culture.
• 15. Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO14001 and work actively with improving those areas.
• 16. Coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance the company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
