Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for import, export, and local shipment arrangements, including preparation of shipping documentation and review of export declaration and import clearance documents submitted by forwarders.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movement, and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor purchase orders to suppliers and delivery dates.
- Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) for packing activities by the warehouse.
- Maintain and monitor stock inventory to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including issuance of sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and preparation of packing labels.
- Maintain proper filing for all records to ensure ease of retrieval.
- Assist and support directors in other ad‑hoc tasks whenever required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, especially in logistics and operations.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
- Computer‑literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory control, Bill of Material preparation, and warehouse coordination will be an added advantage.
