Overview
To supports daily operational functions to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient project and service delivery. This role coordinates with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; monitors inventory and external service providers; prepares operational reports; and assists the Head of Department in meeting operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and suppliers on operational matters.
- Operational Planning & Monitoring
- Plan and prioritize daily operational schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor daily operational activities for both internal teams and external service providers.
- Monitor work progress and daily activity reports; follow up to meet goals.
- Order Fulfilment & Quality Control
- Ensure timely and smooth delivery of client orders.
- Oversee product inspections and quality checks; resolve non-conformities immediately.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct periodic stock checks; prepare inventory reports upon request.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Warehouse & Inventory Management System.
- Monitor stock movement and emergency stock levels; prepare replenishment reports.
- Reporting & Department Support
- Communicate key operational improvements and challenges to management.
- Support Head of Department on operational matters and perform ad-hoc tasks.
Authority
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or product quality issues; recommend corrective action.
- Recommend stock replenishment based on inventory status and operational needs.
Requirement & Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Positive working attitude and self-motivated.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
