Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out the duties of the Project Leader, cleaning operations, and employee management.
• Provide training to colleagues as required.
• Oversee operation processes, especially for new employees.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and controlling operational matters.
• Monitor general workers in using cleaning tools and machines safely.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports efficiently.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job description

Assist the Senior Operations Manager/Operations Officer in carrying out the duties of the Project Leader, cleaning operations, and other related activities involving operations, employee management, safety, and health.

Responsible for providing training to colleagues from time to time as required.

Responsible for overseeing the operation process to ensure smooth implementation, especially for new employees.
