About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Executive to join our team at JCA polymer Technics sdn. Bhd'. Based in Setia Business Park II Johor Bahru Johor, this is a full‑time role that will play a crucial part in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including production, inventory management, and distribution.
• Oversee the efficient utilisation of resources, equipment, and personnel to maximise productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimise processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operations with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
