Workdays: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to oversee Linen and Laundry Services (LLS) at our Regional Office in Kawasan Perindustrian Kempas, 81200 Johor Bahru
Regulatory & SOP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Ministry of Health (MOH) Procedures and Operational Guidelines (POG), internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all statutory regulations such as JKKP, ST, DOE, KPDNKK, and local council requirements.
Operational Supervision: Monitor the overall performance of the laundry plant, focusing on equipment functionality, processing cycles, and safety procedures. Oversee quality checks of all processed linen, ensuring standards are met regarding cleanliness, appearance, folding, packaging, and hygiene.
Reject Trend & Shortfall Monitoring: Analyze rejection rates, identify recurring issues, and ensure a consistent linen supply based on demand forecasts from hospitals and private facilities.
Costing & Budgeting: Track and manage operational costs related to laundry and transportation, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in financial planning.
Audit Management: Facilitate external (e.g., MOH, JKN) and internal audits by ensuring operational readiness, maintaining complete documentation, and addressing audit findings promptly.
Complaint & Feedback Management: Investigate user complaints regarding linen quality or service delays, and ensure timely resolution through root cause analysis and preventative measures.
ASIS Monitoring: Maintain accuracy and timeliness of data entry into the ASIS system, supporting service transparency and performance evaluation.
Logistics Coordination: Manage the scheduling of transportation for soiled and clean linen across all serviced facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene protocols.
Ad-hoc Duties: Carry out additional tasks or special assignments as directed by the Head of Department or senior management.
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates to 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong leadership ability, self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and willing to travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
Familiarity with the Asset & Service Information System (ASIS) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Ability to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
