About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Operational Delivery Manager to lead and manage the day-to‑day delivery of Onsite & Field Services within a defined geographic region. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence, meet contractual obligations, and drive service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. You will work in a matrix environment, collaborating with internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Job Scope:
  • Lead and manage operational delivery for Onsite & Field Services across your region.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and service level agreements.
