Job summary

A global digital logistics expert is seeking a candidate in Klang City to handle freight forwarding operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal applicant should possess good communication skills, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in the sea freight forwarding or shipping industry. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or operations experience in sea freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin speaking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping companies, and customers.
• Collect, check, and dispatch information and documents.
• Report problems to the line manager in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure.
• Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customers/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries.
• Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner.
• Be responsive and report problems to line manager timely.

Qualifications

• Educational background: College and above.
• Language: proficiency in English, Mandarin(Chinese) speaking will be advantage.
• 1-3 year of CS/Operation Experience in Sea Freight Forwarding/Shipping Industry.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Proactive working attitude and service mind.
