A technology company located in Sepang, Malaysia is looking for an Operation Assistant to manage vehicle availability and ensure cleanliness at the office. The ideal candidate must have Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), be reliable, and able to work with a flexible schedule. Communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are required, along with a minimum D Category driving license.

Job Description
Areas of Responsibility
  • Plan and manage vehicle availability in close supervision of immediate Supervisor to ensure all booking requests are fully met and on time.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of booked vehicle for each assignment.
  • Responsible for vehicle movement including vehicle inspection upon delivery or return either for each booked vehicle or its replacement and report any cases to HQ.
  • Maintain daily listing of vehicle movement (check in and out) for easy monitoring purposes.
  • Responsible for handling and entertaining walk-in customers and partners.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and the upkeep of the office and its surroundings at all times.
  • Switch off/on light as and when required.
  • Complete all tasks with proper documentation via job ticket, apps and supporting documents (if any).
  • Work in good manner to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide support to immediate Supervisor as and when required.
  • Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
  • Hard working, reliable and courteous.
