Responsibilities

• Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities Bluetooth SPX operations (eg. route design, on time transporting fulfillment, resources planning & management)
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross‑functional alignment
• Collaborate with various teams, including Business Solution, Leg Operations and Expansion, to ensure seamless execution of operational excellence initiatives
• Develop dashboards, tools and comprehensive reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Drive innovation and efficiency through data‑driven insights and project management methodologies

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
• Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
• Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
