Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
  • Handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare to send invoices.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
  • Prepare payment through Internet banking.
  • Year-end audit preparation.
  • Call customers to follow up on collections.
