Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production team for overall production delivery of Roadm products.
• Supervise and maintain the production line in proper order.
• Execute production build plans according to timeline.
• Provide support to pilot builds for timely completion.
• Identify and report quality problems with materials/processes.
• Drive counterparts for timely kitting and job completion.
