Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales or Marketing.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition rules and guidelines.
  • Knowledge with incoterm and shipment practices.

Responsibilities

  • Order booking accurately in Oracle.
  • Coordinate shipments and resolve shipment issues.
  • Provide sales support to Global RSM / KAM.
