Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Electrical Resident Engineer to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with facility teams, monitor service execution, and supervise tenant improvements with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Applicants should have a B.S. in Engineering or Architecture and a minimum of five years in related roles, including supervisory PM experience and tenant improvement

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering/construction project accountability.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in PM capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
• Prepare project reports and drawing reviews across design stages.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and teams.
• Review requisitions and invoices; discuss costs with client management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies.
